I'm Rodney, Rodney Reindeer! Did ya'll have a fantastic year? I sure hope so.

Listen, I snuck in here cuz I know how swamped CF is this year. Thought I'd help her get a jump on things. That's what assist..er Reindeers are for right..helping out and such. Well, truth be told CF stepped in and helped me out of a pickle earlier this year, and I sorta owe her. Apparently one slip of an antler on the wrong button, and bam, you are banished from The Book Room....granted some of The List did get hot cocoa on it...but come on...The Big Man wouldn't have been that upset...accidents happen! Elves..I tell ya they can have a mean temper...

So yeah, been working with CF learning the ins' and outs' of being a fairy. And before you ask, YES reindeer can be fairies! We aren't held to the normal sleigh pulling stereotype these days. No Siree... We can do a multitude of jobs! For instance my half cousin on my second uncles' dads' side, he's a famous hockey player! They call him the Puckinator! Mind you..I've got four left hooves so I can't skate worth a darn. And as much as I love learning to be like CF, my real passion is in writing! Someday I'm gonna be an award winning author...just you wait and see! Speaking of writing, that leads us into Day 1 of..." ehem "Rodney, what are you doing?"

"Oh..erm..hey CF! I was just you know..entertaining the folks till you got here" :D

"I see. And did you get to telling them about the plan for this year?"

"Uh, well..no not yet. I may have gone off topic a bit.."

giggles "Somehow that doesn't surprise me. Well then I'll explain it shall I? So I'd been racking my brain all year trying to come up with something new for you lovely peeps, when Rodney actually had a brilliant idea. Seeing as he would like to be a writer someday, I've agreed to let him tell you a holiday story. Each day he'll pop in and tell you a new chapter and hopefully it will be completed by Christmas day."

"Oh it will! I promise! Cross my antlers and everything!"

"Well alright then. Go ahead and start."

"Okay!"

Twas the first day of December, when there was a knock on the door...

"Wait..that's is? You're leaving them with one line?"

"Of couse...I gotta hook them for tomorrow don't I!"
