Alright so I have this character design which I never really used. It was designed by me but the art was made by someone else. Can I auction this design using said piece of art, giving all the credits and so?

It seems that unless the design + the art is by you, then you probably can not as the art market is supposed to be for creations entirely by you, unless I'm assuming the artist is on Subeta and is getting a portion of the cut since it would be considered 'collab' territory for resale purpose? I took a look at the board you linked me to and says "I'd advise against selling designs that aren't yours as anything for sale in the art market is meant to be your own creations." The design IS my creation, only drawn by other person... I'm kinda confuse :S

Yeah, I can kind of understand that... But I don't think Subeta is a resell type of market. I see other sites that allow this, and some that don't. (For example, Flight Rising allows sales in this case, but Gaia only allows you to trade in this case.) Since this is a slightly different case, I would suggest a ticket so you can get staff information more suitable to your needs n_n
