Was the Chibi Fairy Bear Plushie put back into the Cash Shop this year or not? For Black Friday, I mean. I could've sworn it was in there the other day with the other chibi minion plushies, but now I can't find it :s

Subetalodge says it's a bonus prize for purchasing the other Chibi Bear plushies. I know someone else recently had an issue with the bonus prize for one of the item sets not showing up, so file a ticket if you don't get one. But if you buy the set, you should get one in your inventory c:

It was in the shop earlier because I bought it and it's in my recent purchases. You're not crazy. Was it not supposed to be sold in the first place?

Are you sure you bought it, or did you get one as a bonus? You can check your purchase history to make sure but if it was sold, then it was probably an error and corrected (which would be why it's no longer being sold on its own)

I have all the plushies available rn so I didn't pay that close attention.

It shows up as purchased for 38 CSC. I don't see the other plushies I got for buying sets in that history, so I did buy it.

That's not even the strangest part. I was getting extras for every set I bought, so I ended up getting three of those plushies, since I bought one, would have gotten one from the set, and then got one extra. I made a ticket, so two of them were deleted since it was believed two of them were extra. The fact that one was purchased might have been missed. I don't even know.

Oh, that's really weird. Unfortunately I think you're going to need to file another ticket because you're probably due a refund for that 38 CSC

Oh thank god I wasn't just imagining things XD I thought it was odd that I would've misremembered it like that (I'd gone through and made a list of prices etc to compare, and like you said it was listed for 38 CSC). I guess it was in there by accident?

Hey everyone, just to confirm, I also noticed this last week. I bought the plushie as well, and then saw it being mentioned as a bonus item on SL. I made a ticket, and they confirmed that it wasn't supposed to be on sale. So they refunded me 38 CSC, and removed the plushie from the Cash Shop (and should be given out as a bonus item).

Some bonus items are also not being given out at all (like I didn't get the bonus item from buying all of the Chilly Teddy in a Coat plushies), and also had to have that fixed in a ticket. So if you bought other sets, best to double check if you got the bonus item from those as well!
