I tried to do Petes quests about 30 minutes ago. I think I got one completed and then keep getting an error page. I've gone back since but still can't do them.

Several quests (Pete included) were reset about half an hour ago, and Pete was broken but should be fixed now. This news post mentions the reset and made a couple of comments there about Pete breaking being a known issue.
