Hey guys! I am back after a long haitus. While doing quests I noticed the Blue Building was listed but I do not have access to it. I have forgotten how to access it and just wondering if someone could point me into the right direction. :) Thank you!

Obtain a blue building password (This is a random event, and you don't need to actually remember the password for anything.) Obtain at least 250 achievements Have at least 25 trading cards in your collection Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more (All stats add up to 100+, excluding level and intelligence) Have at least 100 posts in the forums Complete at least one original treasure map
