Can anybody show me where it is located? I saved it in a bookmark in case I can't find it when I need it and now I have too much items at the side, with th other bookmarks xD Thanks!

It's in Centropolis. It's the old looking pointy building, just on the left of the big tall scryscraper (with blue square windows).
