I remember that there was an option to pay an NPC to stick your stickers for you. Does this still exist, and if so, where?

when you have a lot of stickers you can also ask at this board https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/865148/Collaboration-Sticker-Sticking-Board-Part-2 there a lot of nice users wich will help you. (i had a lot of very expensive stickers from the cash shop today... and all have found the way in my album) :)
