Hi, Does anyone know of a guide that indicates which combo/ingredients are needed to make what items for the Alchemist?

I would normally look it up on SubetaLodge; however, it's down.

Due to various health issues, I'm trying to get a head start making presents for friends... but now I can't. It would be greatly appreciated if you ping me as my eyesight is acting up.
