Can these Pylonics be made? If they can, how do I make them? I used to buy the Negating Pylonic at 100k. Now it's close to 900k

No, they can't be created as far as I know. The Negating one does restock, but since it functions as a full blocking item for one turn it can become pretty desirable.

With all of the opponents released during Morostide and the reset coming up tomorrow, people have been battling a lot more than usual over the past few weeks. That could have driven the price up some as people were buying pylonics to help with their battles.

Subetalodge can be pretty helpful for most things, they have weapon data listed on their site for most of the existing weapons (especially the older ones, not always the newer ones).

Pylonics are pretty much always in demand, I never manage to restock more than three or four per month, and that's not with any battling pressure. 900K is expected as a price (if not reasonable because there are very few loot-drops or XP gains that are worth that much)
