Alright I was just maxing up my wins and I noticed that fucking Troll is still there... being a fucker... I looked around on how to beat it and the only boards I found are very confusing? Anyone could bring me a light?

It's been awhile since I looked into it, but my understanding is that there's one single low-tier weapon at a time that can damage the troll, and after someone beats it once, the weapon changes. There's no way to know what the weapon is unless you figure it out in battle with him.
I'm not 100% sure if that's right, but I think there was a thread around that was tracking which weapons were used for wins? I went looking for it recently but couldn't find it so I'm not sure if it's still around
That's almost right, but it's after 5 wins that the random weapon resets. And yeah there used to be a forum group dedicated to helping people get wins, once someone figured out which weapon it was everyone would get 4 wins and then finish the 5th battle but not click the end battle button until after a decent amount of people had gotten their wins also.
The group has been pretty dead for a while, but maybe some people will be willing to start it again after the reset so people can get their wins again.
Oh, gotcha. Thanks for the clarification. I could have sworn I saw something about that theory not working for some reason so I just assumed it was after one win :P
I know it worked that way for a while, maybe it was changed and I didn't notice. The group has been kind of inactive for a while I think, so I don't really remember when it kind of died out or what happened just before. But at least when it was first released it was 5 wins. The forum group was private and I think they did most of their working together in a private forum, which I don't actually have access to right now so IDK for sure.
Hopefully there will be a bit of a resurgence after the reset, I guess if the troll has new loot or something there might be. Or maybe some people will decide it's not really worth it to beat him again for all the trouble.
Nah, I really haven't looked into it since the Troll was first released so I don't think it was changed. I'll have to look into the forum group once the reset goes through and maybe give that a shot next time around c:
From some information I could find, it included random weapons from Tier 1-3 which there are a lot of them. So you definitely need a group of people to help check them all, unless you want to check through 500 or so weapons by yourself. Definitely an annoying challenger. ;~;
