You can convert CSC you have on hand into gift cards under the "item" tab in the cash shop - link here. These can be traded normally in the trading center.

For odd amounts, you'd have to set up junk trades. If you're willing to sell, I'd be looking for the gift cards because they are even sums.

Do you still need CSC?
