I have windows 8.1 toshiba but a hard refresh like on the ruffie raffle page won't work as my f5 just turns the touchpad on and off and so ctrl + f5 won't do anything to the page. I wonder if there's an alternative way to hard refresh the page? Thanks for all the responses!

Could you try ctrl+fn+F5? That works for me. My F5 button doesn't refresh if you just press it on its own, but it does if you hold down the fn button first (thereby accessing the secondary function of the button).

ctrl + fn+ f5 refreshes the page but when I tried clicking on a ticket nothing happens... it was like this after I cleared cookies and cache (before refreshing) and it was a 404 before that. My net was lagging hence the unresponsiveness? Also, I sometimes play on my phone. Any idea how to hard refresh on that?
