Where do you make a human avatar?

I've looked everywhere and yet I still can't find where to make one.
Wardrobe It's located in the Personal dropdown near the top of the page.

So basically YES you do have to own them if you want to show them off on your avatar< short version lol
You can make avatars for fun and save them to the outfits section with things you don't own but you can't show it off like to wear on your main avatar the one we see in forums right here<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< unless you own the item so like all the things I have on right now I own.
but say I wanted to show off an avatar I created but I don't own the items you just save it to "shared outfits" then go to the outfit section and post the code on the forums like this Private Outfit but if you want to wear clothes YOU own buy an outfit and put it into your wardrobe by clicking the item in your inventory and it should show the add to wardrobe button push it then go to your wardrobe and click the check ITEMS section then click the checkbox that says "only show items you own" then it should pop up all the items you own and then you can put them on and hit the "wear now" button. :S i hope someone can explain it better though I am bad at explaining. :D

Yes, you need to own the items to wear them. When you finish your avatar with clothes you own, press "Wear Now" and you will be able to see this avatar you made next to your forum posts and in your side bar.
As said, you can create outfits that use clothes you don't own by unchecking the box "Only show items you own". However you will not be able to wear the outfit next to your forum post. Instead you can press "Save to Shared Outfits". Then above the avatar click "Outfits". You can copy and paste the outfit= code it gives you to display it in your post as has done.
