Are the cash shop chance machines included in the Black Friday sale?

I can't remember if they are, I want to have a go at them but wonder if it's better to hold onto my CSC for a little while longer?

I don't think anyone knows. The things that are not discounted change by year. You can try searching with your favorite browser for News Black Friday Subeta.net and only look at the ones that show a November date.

According to the news posts for the past two years (2016 + 2015) the chance machines don't usually go on sale. That doesn't necessarily mean they won't this year, but I wouldn't count on it, personally. I only went back to 2015 in the news archive and no one mentioned it that year so I stopped. I don't think there were as many chance machines available farther back than that.
