Hey all! Given the impending reset, I'm trying to knock out as many remaining challengers as I can. As far as I know, I have all available challengers unlocked, and most of them were already wiped off the map by Pacifist!

But we're still struggling with a few, so I was hoping to get some tips on the following challengers.

Baenwurath Forj - Erupting Menecuda Mutant Scientist Prakherash Tatuvichwa Troll

These next few challengers, I've made it to at least five wins, but am struggling to get my ten.

Starved Saheric Spirit Warlgthroth Prodigy The Mage

Keep in mind, my default strategy is full offensive assault with as many freeze scrolls as possible.

's Battle Guide has pages for Baenwurath, Forj Matriarch, Mutant Scientist, Tatuvichwa, and Prodigy.

For the others, I would look up their Subeta Wiki page to see which weapons they have and build a strategy that way. Some opponents aren't listed on the battle wiki page, but if you search their name, they should pop up.

The Troll is a special opponent that can only be beaten by one weapon between T1 and T3 at any given time. Once someone defeats him (5th win), that weapon resets and you have to find out which weapon works all over again. Personally, I would just skip him unless you have a group of people who are willing to help you search for the correct weapon.

just did a quick battle against Menecuda. he does mostly water, dark, magma, and fire so you'd want to block against those. he has a high % anti-freeze blessing, was only able to get a few freezes in.

i would recommend something like this for a set: mw, me, soma, rb, pquill, rotl, ___, ____ (full blockers and/or healers)

if you have a lot of AP then you can equip a few freezer scrolls but if your AP is limited then maybe just bring one in to be used on the first turn.

i recommend freezing him on the first turn then using soma and rb on the second turn.

Right now my scroll set is all freezers, with one blocker and one healer. Pacifist has just over 160 ap, so I can definitely adjust that a bit, once they fix the set editing.

I guess I'll finally make the maniacal essence instead of just hoarding the parts...

For some reason I guess I just thought those challengers were too new for his blog. Shows what I know. I'll definitely be hopping over there to take some notes. Thank you

Sorry about taking so long to respond. I haven't gotten the chance to do much battling OR research this week. I'd be happy to read any advice you have, but if you don't have the time or energy to battle, you don't have to!

Haha np! I ended up writing some notes for the challengers that my 2nd pet still need to battle.

Prak - block phys and dark, can freeze him. blocking light is good too. Tatu - fought him already but pretty sure blocking wind was a must. SSS - block phys and dark, he's no heal and no freeze so full blockers are handy, I paired the full blockers with bombs, the Flayed Lord Breastplate is useful for when the full blockers are used up. Equip as many cobalt scrolls as possible.

Prak was a bit of a struggle towards the end, but I managed at least the five wins. Tatu was a fucking BREEZE with my pbow and blessed trident

Now I just have to face the castle and pretend the troll doesn't exist
