Once every 24 hours! A lot of people have made bug reports thinking it was once per day.

at current open market prices, that million sP is the selling price of 333WT, so his price is 583WT. I spent 20KWT for zappage last year, and it will be impossible to spend that much this year on 24 hr delay. It is cheaper (for me) to give him an Incentive.

Hmm, you make a very good point! Thank you for doing those calculations. c: /does own calculations based on how often I've been zapping I haven't been zapping regularly but you're right, it'll probably be cheaper for me in the long run just to use the bribe option! /dashes off to zap
