Yes, but I think it's just very rare. I've seen people on the battle chat thread posting about it recently though, and I got one myself like a week or two ago, or something like that. So it's still possible.

Still working. Got one this morning. Usually, if one pet gets one, others do, too. I'm always wondering, if there is a system to it, like special time or the like.

It is my experience that sometime within the last six months the chance dropped from one in six to one in ten. In any case, training for my pets can cost 100KsP or more, so even a small chance is a nice bonus.

I got a clump of +INT two days ago. So bonuses are still happening. Sorry you've been unlucky.

I think the random kernel for the Job Center is wonky, because I too get it in not-due-to-anything I've done to the pets in question clumps. Maybe you're in an in-between clump zone?
