Is anyone else getting this where it looks like the page is resolved, but the instant you scroll or page down the page via anything other than arrow keys it (either your browser or maybe Subeta?) says "da heck with you" and boings back up to the top again?

Yes! I didn't know how to describe it, but this is exactly it. I've found sometimes it will boing to the top and stay there, and other times it will boing back down. I clicked around a few pages using Edge and Firefox and didn't have this issue, so it looks like it may just be a Chrome problem?

Just want to poke my head in and say that I use Firefox exclusively and haven't seen this issue. If that helps.

The only thing I can think of is on the forums sometimes, things will get pushed down further as HAs and posts load properly, but nothing really like what's described in the OP.
