I have tried everything to figure this out, but what is this doll referencing?

I'm not 100% sure because I haven't seen the show, but it seems like a reference to this character from Battlestar Galactica. The dress, hair, and bracelet thing from the character's image on the page look the same as what the doll has. Also the number six in the description.
