I tried putting the base under my background in the wardrobe and my HA still is there.I also tried using vanishing cream and when I do that my HA is just completely white but still there. I have a saved Avatar that has an invisible Avatar so I did exactly what I did to it but still it is white instead of invisible. Is this a bug that is happening now? It is really frustrating.

It depends on what background you're using. Older backgrounds tend to have the HA cutouts in them (unless they've been revamped), so even if you put the base behind or use vanishing cream, it will still look weird.

It was only a few years or so ago that they started allowing full-image backgrounds that completely hide the base if you put it behind the BG. So if you don't want the HA base to show up at all and with no weird cutout, you'll have to use a background that's made that way.

I've noticed that they've done revamps of a couple of old backgrounds, and they've done the full-image versions with the revamps. But IDK if all items will ever be redone like that, and even if it were to happen we'd probably have a long time to wait for all of them to be changed.

At least now every new background that is released is full-image though!

Yeah it is a nice option to have.

I like the old cutout ones, because you can put another backdrop behind them.
