I wasn't sure whether to put this in bugs or feedback, because I figure this is related to some things being cached more to help reduce server strain.

However, I noticed the vault now seems to be on a ~15 minute cache, which just seems like too long in my opinion. With all of the items and stuff from the event, people are probably putting some of their extras of stuff in there, and it's making it hard to see what's in there once new items get added. I mean, we can just wait the 15 minutes or so, but that's kind of inconvenient when you're trying to check stuff and organize new items into categories.

Could this either be removed or reduced to like 5 minutes or something?

I'm also getting the issue of searching for one item, but the result is a whole different item...-_- for example, I'm trying to search for a Twilight Jollin Plushie to take out and I keep getting the item The Book of diesoffright, the previous item I have searched!!!

Same issue here. I can't search for any item, the result is either a whole different item or nothing, though I'm positive they're there -- I don't like the cache thingy at all, especially for the vault -- why was this added?

I'm experiencing a similar issue! Every time I try to search for an item in the vault, it turns up with the same thing I searched for earlier.

e.g. I searched for 'vanilla' earlier. Now I want to look for 'chocolate'. But the vault only shows items from the 'vanilla' search

I am having this issue as well. Very frustrating to try to get something for a quest from my vault that I know I have, only to have the previously searched item keep coming up.

I had problems when I tried to remove a book I had two of. Even though one was in my inventory the vault still showed I had two in there.

Yes, that's part of the issue I was experiencing as well. I think it's because of some sort of cache, but it's really weird.

Also when I went to remove an item, it would still show the item in my vault for a while before the item either went away (if I only had one) or the numbers changed.

I haven't tried searching for anything, but those are some odd issues as well.

Ugh. Just came over to report this. Massively unusable. Right now, when I browse a category in the vault and do a search for a specific item, I'm getting contradictory results regarding the status of that item.

well i'm glad it's not just me who's having a problem! i was starting to think it was a weird glitch... perhaps a note at the top of the vault page would be handy? just to let us confused peeps know they aren't going crazy :P

My vault items aren't staying in their sorted categories, and items I'm putting in now don't show up at all. I'm guessing this is part of this same issue.

I'm confused as to whether it's supposed to be happening or not- it seems like there's a post about it in Feedback like it's supposed to happen, but it makes so little sense to me that I can't wrap my brain around them implementing this, so I'm going to reply to this in the Bugs section here:

I went to organize my vault- I clicked roughly 15 things or so to go to a shop, I re-categorized roughly 15 things (some to "Morosetide" and some to "TCs" and some to "Clothes")... I messed up and clicked the "Page 2" option rather than "send to shop" so I had to reclick those and noticed my recategorized items weren't recategorized. I assumed maybe the "has been moved" message didn't load the first time, so I tried again and waited for each message to appear before choosing a new category for the next item. This time, I got the "give them time to move to shop!" message because I clicked the right option, and completely get that those aren't missing from the vault page yet- but the items I recategorized are still on the page. When I clicked the category they should go in, the items appear there, as well.

I can kind of understand making it slow to search (I think it's a terrible thing to add, if it was added intentionally, but I can understand), but the whole "can't move to a category instantly despite it saying it does and maybe showing up in category" just makes zero sense to me, hence the posting here rather than feedback, because I can only assume that's a mistake.

am I sure that when I move my items from my inventory into my vault that they are actually in my vault? I do not see them in my inventory anymore, but they also do not show up in my vault either. I am afraid to autoprice my shop now for fear my ToT / Pumpkin Patch items really are still in my inventory and will end up for sale in my shop instead of where I want them later - mainly in a gallery to show off what I received from this holiday. YIKES!!!!

I do think it's a cache issue because I'm questing and getting the stuff out of my vault for a quest. It took like 10 minutes to search for the newest thing I wanted to search for in order to get it out for the quest

My pumpkin carving doesn't work. I will click on the pumpkin in my inventory, scroll down to "Carve Pumpkin" , box pops up that says "are you sure" and I hit OKAY and it doesn't work. It just freezes up and I can't do anything with it except turn my whole computer off and wait 5 minutes and start all over. This has been going on for the past couple of hours. Anyone else having this issue?
