Okay, I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm just missing something, but I'm gonna err on the side of the latter.

I'm trying to get my pet a promotion, but I don't seem able to. Here's the stats required vs the ones she has. And here's her job history showing that she's been working for the company for 13 days.

The only explanation I have is that maybe you have to spend at least 3 days in each tier? But in that case, I'm still confused because yesterday it also said 2 days for Silver Specialist. I guess it doesn't change at midnight?

I think that this hypothesis is not proven. The site could instead be having two different counters. The one that counts the days as far as showing you how many days worked changes at midnight. The one that actually counts whether or not you can be promoted changes on a specific time, by-the-very-second.

But the work history was at 13 days yesterday, too, and even if it wasn't, 13 is more than 12.

congratulations! I'm sorry I couldn't be more help. Maybe File a Ticket in Help or make a new thread in Problems & Bugs? Either way you might learn more than you know now, so you can tell in the future.

Me, I've been playing the game from when petjobs paid one tenth of what they do now, and whether or not you got the promotion was random and if there were minimum stats, they didn't tell you. Small variances like this are way better than it was before.

I'm not sure what's happening with your job, however I can definitively say that you do NOT need to work for 3 days (or any number of days) at one title/level.

My pet needed 45 str to advance, he did not have it, but he did have plenty of days at his job site. I finally got the 45 str he needed and promoted him twice in a row. So he literally spent like 2 minutes at his new promotion and I was able to promote him again.

I've been told on lower tiers for some jobs that the pet needs x amount more days before they can be promoted. Maybe it's only for certain tiers or jobs.
