I've come back after a huge hiatus of 3 years. my original account was Noellefire17x. I'm in a bit of a problem because that account is inactive. I'd like to get it back but i'm still having trouble logging in. I'm also having problems trying to find a way to ask for support. Does my old account being inactive mean it's shut down for good? I just really would like my pets back ; if i would have know about this problem I wouldn't have left for such a long time. I really need some help trying to figure out if I can recover the account or not.

i'm not seeing an account with that username, but if you've only been gone a few years, your old account should still be around. it was only way back in the early days of subeta (like, 10+ years ago) that inactive accounts were deleted.

you should definitely file a ticket here to ask a staff member for help. let them know if you can remember any information related to the account (such as the email address used to create it, the names of any of your pets, etc).

- I think the username you're looking for is NoellefireX17, not 17x. The account still exists and is inactive.
