Like if you have more than one of the same item in inventory, is there a way to move only some of them in let's say the vault, while keeping the rest in inventory?

If you're using Quick Stock, you can press the + sign (or might be an arrow) to have individual items of a stack drop down for you. I'm sure if you click on the item in your inventory and send it your vault that way, it should only send one.

I believe if you go to your shop quickstock and you have multiple of an item, you can click the dropdown arrow beside the name of the item and decide how many of which go where. c:

Pretty sure if you use quickstock and click on the item with multiple copies you can then select how many you want to move to different locations. [edit] Beaten to the punch .... by a bit... LOL!
