Not pumpkin spice lattes but I had some really great froyo with bubble waffle the other day! I love how the bubble shape seems to give more surface area for crisping or something so it's crunchier and more satisfying to me than the typical waffle. And there was lychee froyo! (which I didn't even know that they would have but it's my new favorite!)

Almost nothing is going very well in my life, but I am the only one to blame so... meh.

The best things to have happened to me recently are I just got to adopt the name Skull today! That was exciting! And I recently came back from Germany. My boyfriend and I went there to visit his parents. They are a blessing, paid for EVERYTHING. I am so thankful ;3; That was my first time flying AND leaving America. It was an experience for sure.

As a latte addict, I never tried a pumpkin spice one, that's like not a thing here. But as far as something nice, people know that I need my daily coffees. It's a really stressful time at work right now, and my colleagues tend to bring me cups of coffee, a bowl of soup, a candy or a cookie now and then, so that gives me warm feelings. :)

today i had a spinal tap - and after having over 25 of those suckers im kinda becoming a pro at them. i was sent to a new place today for it and was worried about whether it would be one of the more painful ones. i was pleasantly surprised when the nurse who greeted me informed me that she, too, had the rare disease i have. she said shed had numerous spinal taps for the same reason with the exact same radiologist who was performing mine and that he is a super calm guy who knows his stuff. indeed - he was calm, slow, and it was by far the most painless spinal tap i have ever had. he asked my opinion on closing pressure and how much i wanted siphoned off. he was amazin. the whole staff at premier radiology was amazing! my pressure was indeed high which confirmed my suspicions about my shunt. so i also got confirmation, again, that i am NOT nutso and can move forward on a way to fix my issue.

today was a surprisingly super nice day and now i get to spend the next couple of days in bed getting pampered ^_^ heres hoping you get similar treatment, dearheart!!

Yesterday I had a job interview (which actually turned out to be some weird job/hiring event) and I am now among the ranks of the employed! n_n It may only be a seasonal position but this is a pretty amazing feeling! Just started reading a really great book. Just barely started it and its already a page turner. A riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma. Exciting and well written, I really can't wait to see how it turns out. And its nice and thick too, so many hours of enjoyment ahead of me :D.
