they totally do! No guarantees as to when any particular item might come back though. The next big event where you'd be likely to see that item IMO would be Black Friday.

Yes, they do c: Things are sometimes brought back during the Black Friday sale (which is November 24th this year) but we probably won't find out if the companions will be back or not until it starts

Very few things (if anything) is ever really permanently retired on subeta, so it's generally a pretty safe bet that an item will be brought back one way or another

You can be sure the price of CSC will go way way way up around Black Friday, because there will be a huge once-a-year sale in the Cash Shop that weekend. If you are going to wait until then, make sure you have your CSC to buy it on hand now instead of waiting until November.

Hey I have kind of a follow up question. What about the retired feral trunk items? Do they ever come back? Cause they've been getting pricey. So do they sometimes bring back items from these chance bags?

They sometimes do bring back costume trunks or chance bag items as well. I can't think of any other trunks that have retired items like the Feral Accessory Trunk, but I wouldn't put it out of the realm of possibilities for some of them to be brought back at some point.

If there are any specific items from the trunk that are retired but getting pretty expensive now (or even maybe items that don't have any copies in shops), you can make a suggestion on this thread (Items to put back into circulation) for which ones should maybe be brought back eventually.

If you can hold out until Black Friday weekend, chances are, you'll be quite happily surprised. There's no promise that specific item will be back but it's better than the rest of the year.
