The items tend to go pretty quickly whenever the shop does restock, so you have to be fast and lucky to get the items.

If restocking isn't really your thing you can also do Carl's quests or vend at the Ocean Depths Vending Machine for some extra chances to get some of the items!

you could also choose use the occasion of the holiday to dress up your HA as a pirate. Or, if you are like me and were on the Islander side of the Islander-Pirate wars, dress up as an Omen Islander instead.

Ah those Pirates. What a load of running-dogs revisionist history that they do tell. The Pirates imperialistically and with rude and arrogant cultural insensitivity interfered with a perfectly safe Omeni ritual. Of course this enraged the goddess of the sea, that if they had any sense at all they being seagoers themselves, they would give the respect she was due. Unfortunate events ensued from their rash and poorly thought out shenanigans against the ocean's protectors

Besides, before this particular event everyuser hated Amy and her quests. And it's not like organ harvesting and gratuitous biting during the zombie apocalypse happens in Subeta every year, so what's a little human sacrifice, really?

Over the years I snagged thousands of bits of gold up from usershops at discount prices and I did offer them for the NPC Kahaletzii and NPC Matlal to use. They knew what would happen. Did they take me up on the offer and cancel the last expedition whose purpose they told everyone was to find more gold? No they did not.

does the shop restock R101s or only up to r99?
