how do you wear eyeshadow where the eyes are closed or half closed?

Its the item itself. There is currently no way to have eyes change how open they are.

i have Salted Green Eyedrops but i'm not sure how to use them.

The salted line was made for those who want their HA to look like its winking. So use it like any other eye item. However if you layer another eye under it for eyeshaow or lashed looks it will come out funny.

i can't get the eye to look like its winking all the eyes i use for it are to big or look werid.

You have to drag and drop the layer for your HA's default eyes below the Base layer in the items list, then you can wear the item without eyes showing underneath it
