I'm not really sure what you mean, are you talking about the sticker collection? You don't need an item to be able to put stickers in, you can just have other users stick them to you or you can visit the Hustler in Pina Park and pay 10k per sticker to have them stuck yourself.

People on this Collaboration Sticker Sticking Board! (Part 2) are always willing to stick stickers to you.
