Once upon a time I talked Rah into letting me commission her for a CW of my cane corso, Cuda. It was kept private despite a few of you contacting me over the years since then, however I've decided to open it up for a one time release.

It's been one year since I lost her unexpectedly to cancer and at the time it was such a shock that I had a hard time processing everything right then. I still miss my Cuda-bear and have decided that on this anniversary I would open up her item for a once time release because while I may not be able to see her around in real life anymore, I would still love to see her around and this is one way to do that.

awwww that's a pity that you lost her to cancer :( But having her on site is a pretty neat idea (it took me a while to get to grips with seeing my pet on HAs after he passed away, but it definitely helped in the end) :) Could I have a slot please? :)

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my cat Manteca (Butter in spanish) the past christmas due to cancer too so I feel you. It's a lovely gesture to share her CW with the rest and I hope everytime you see her around you could smile again. <3

Thank you. Yeah, the idea of seeing her on other HAs was super weird to me while she was alive, but now I think it'd actually be really nice to see her around a bit more. And of course! :)

She really did a fabulous job! I love how she does dogs. Thank you, it really is. I am really grateful for the time we were able to have though - she wasn't perfect, but she was perfect for us and we were able to make a lot of great memories together.

It took me years to finally accept and be ok with my best friend canine passing. She was my only real life companion and friend, so losing her was very painful for me and came extremely suddenly. I hope you can think on the good memories and invite a new pooch to fill your home and hart with more slobbery love. <3

I know it's been a year but I am still so sorry for your loss- our furry 'kids' are amazing to have and sometimes I think the short time they are with us is compensated for by all they do for us! <3

My furry girl is almost 15 and she has helped me through so many rough spots in my life! She has been my companion and my rock through a divorce that felt like it came out of nowhere and several deaths that nearly wrecked me. She truly is the sweetest wee girl!

oh man. I used to want a cane corso so bad. I had plans to teach him to pull a wagon, and i was going to take him and go to the Burning Man festival. ha. now i'm to old. to old to train a dog, and to old to put up with Burning Man. lol

Sorry to hear about your 4 footed friend. My dog is around 8-9 (we got her full grown 7 years ago) and she (and I) have slowed a lot lately. Not a classic beauty like your Cuda, but a lovely friend nonetheless.

Thank you for your kind words, and yes, Rah does amazing work! I don't do much by way of CWs these days - too busy chasing a toddler around these days so any art time I get goes right to official work! If there are things you'd like to see me draw though be sure to post ideas in the avatar suggestions forum. I skim through there quite a bit whenever there's time to do non-event items. :)

Pomeranian-corso, they're...related somewhere on the dog tree, right?;) I've always been too afraid of accidentally stepping on them to get a little dog, so I definitely gravitate more towards big sturdy mastiff-type dogs and am so glad to have found corsos - they're just such a great mix of traits and nice and sturdy without being 200+lbs of it, lol.
