Just wondering if Merana appears once a week guaranteed, or if it could be a month or more before she makes an appearance. D: I understand making Hydrus pets harder to get but I'll be sad if there's no guarantee she'll show up!

I don't see anything in the original news post saying that it is guaranteed weekly. She'll show up eventually though. I've seen her a bunch and I hardly ever click on the map

I've been looking for the alert group but couldn't find them. Another problem is that my alerts don't show up til I refresh anyway. Been like this for a couple years now and I don't think it'll ever get fixed.

yeah, I think it was removed because it was causing a lot of server strain and/or contributing to lag across the site. hopefully one day it can be added back but I have no clue if that will happen. at least Merana lasts 12 hours so there's not a huge hurry when an alert does go out :)

I've been in the forum group for at least a month and so far the last 3 pings were all between 4:30am and 8 am ish. I missed them all. Wish they would vary the times and increase the frequency. I know it says she's there for 12 hours but I've literally never seen her later that day. I click on the map every couple of hours during the night but it looks like she doesn't do nights..
