there is no easy way to do this. You can kick the Gym Vending Machine, and it will on average lower your pet's stats, and one of those possible stats to lose, it is level.

Pet level is a screw you stat. Level stops you from training some other stats more than 2.5 of whatever your level value is. Level doesn't otherwise benefit you in any way. It has no other purpose or ration. I don't know any factor of ten.

Thanks, I figured it was 2.5 x level, , which made me think it would be 4 x that for total stats, I might just put up with extra training time i think, Cheers thx for the help.

The other stats having a limit of 2.5x level is only for the training center. I don't think there is a limit on how high above that 2.5x you can go with other means such as stat boosters or using EXP that you earn from battling. It just means that you can't train those stats in the training center anymore if they're too high, until you increase your pet's level.

There may be other boosters that reduce level. But I saw that one recently so it came to mind right away.
