Here's a pretty recent PC thread. Now that they are back in circulation, a few will probably pop in shop search in a few weeks. But as of now, I'd say 100-120m?

I just sold one for 100m pure thru thru the SS. At the time that I put mine up for sale, there was another one on the SS for the same price.

Shinigami is always very volatile, it goes from 20mil to around 120mil depending on how long its been since the last BHH release. I would expect another downswing in price since it was added back into the BHH 5 days ago.
