My new Nostalgic Ontra pet Lutrogale tried to check into the resort for a day and I got this message "Oh No! Invalid Pet". What do I need to do?

I was able to Find Lutrogale, so she clearly exists. What happens if you try to check her into the Rathskellar?

To my mind, it shouldn't matter at all that she's a new color, a pet's a pet and the cost of feeding/entertaining them is the same. File a Ticket in Help? I dunno.

Just checked my pets page and just like magic she is in the resort. Had been checking her in daily while waiting for the other pets to start their 21 day stay. Thank you for the help, I realized something had changed when no pet names came up when I tried the Rathskellar Inn. curious Thank you!

Perhaps when you clicked the 'Check in' button it registered twice, so your pet already was checked in with the first click and then the second click (immediately after the 1st) showed the error? It might just be my touch screen, but I sometimes get this kind of issues...
