I don't really want the vending machine that has a chance to give out the most expensive items, but which vending machine gives out a constant supply of decently valued items.

Absolutely none of them. I don't know, I'm not actually much of a vender, but that's because I have issues with vending rarity.

All I know is you want to vend when new items are released and hope you can sell them fast before the price plummets because everyone else is doing the same thing.

about 99% of what you'll get from vending these days is basically junk. it's only really worth doing for major drills, achievements, or items to fragmentize. sometimes if there are new, desirable items (that fall within the rarity brackets for the machines) you can try your luck at vending one of those - so if there's something new in the clothing rack, you could try vending at ocean depths or dragon's hoard, for example. it's not a very reliable way of obtaining new items, though.
