I haven't found a code for linking directly to a user's profile. However, you can use the url sCode as such

Marreshaann's Profile Copy the URL for the user's profile and write the words you want the text to show up as. It appears like this: Marreshaann's Profile

Though, if what you mean is how to create a hoverable preview for someone's profile, this is the code: and replace the username with the user you wish to preview. It appears like this:

If what you mean is to PING someone to alert them that you've mentioned them on a forum, you do this by writing the "@" (at) sign in front of their username. Like I used your profile as an example for all these examples. I used the username, however the user ID will work as well.

I saw three ways of interpreting your question, so I tried to explain and show all three. If I didn't explain it well enough just ask for clarification ^_^ (sorry if my reply sounds condescending in any way).
