My GA ran out earlier, but before that I had done my quests. Now my quests say 15/10. I just got an extra wizard quest buff, but it won't actually allow me to do it because I'm so much over the "limit". So I just have to watch it be at 15/11 until the buff runs out. lol.

Anyone had this happen before?
