I have one "missed" day of Melody's cottage and it's a day I know I went. I have been EVERY day no matter what and all I can think is that it was a day where I got the message about already receiving my gift.

I just want to know if anyone else has had this issue before I open a ticket.

My count is fine. Have you checked here to make sure you got all those prizes?

I have and that's why I'm upset. I know I've been every day but I am missing Dec 11's prizes. But since I've been extra super careful to go every day no matter what, I don't know why or how it seems I missed a day. Plus, I've been going back every day to buy ornaments.

It's very easy to miss a day with something like this. It's such a habit/obsession that it's easy to feel like it was every day when it wasn't. It's happened to me a few times that I missed a single day and really felt like I'd been there and collected my prizes every day. Finding out that I didn't actually have the items from that day made it pretty clear that I really must not have gone. If you didn't receive the items, it's very likely that you didn't go, regardless of how much you think you did. :(

This may be hindsight, but after collecting your melody prize, check your achievement count. If there is an error and it doesn't increase for that day you will notice it immediately and file a ticket. It may get harder to prove as time passes.

I missed a day and posted on my cult forum about missing it. But the thing is, I was online that day so just assumed I had missed it? That seems really unlikely though because I have been obsessed with getting those ornament boxes!

I have checked to see if I got the items but I tend to throw everything in my shop and at that point I had a GA so I autopriced.

(although, to be fair, it /is/ likely I just legit missed it).

i thought that had happened to me but when i checked subetalodge and then my items it seems either i did miss a day or i did not receive the items for Dec 3rd. And i am on everyday and usually not just for Lumi but all year round.

I thought I was going mental, but I have the same issue with missing Dec 24 items, when I am pretty sure I collected it. (I was online all day too, doing last-minute stuffing xD)

I only clear my melody ping after I collect that day, to make sure I never miss anything u__u; And being an achievement nerd I check my achievements page religiously.

I hope there's some explanation for it cos cry two achievements :(

I've never had this issue. I collect every day, frequently right at 12:01. I've gotten errors, timeouts, etc... still always counted. Every year I've done it.

I am sorry if anyone genuinely missed it, but I do find it kind of odd that it isn't more universally broken.

There was one day that I had went to collect from Melody, and I only noticed when I went to close the tab, that she had not awarded my items, but had given me an error saying that my inventory was full and I couldn't collect. Is it possible that is what happened with you? I probably wouldn't have even noticed that error if I hadn't glanced before I closed the tab. I had to clear my inventory out and go back to collect that day.

I have the same problem as well. :( I went there a few times a day and I don't know why it says that I'm missing a day.
