  • do your battle quests every single day! Get as far as you can.
  • fight opponents 10x and spend the exp when you get it (as evenly as possible at first) - don't hoard it because the price goes up when you gain a tier!
  • look up the items you win in battle - some of the easier challengers can give eggs, which are boosters. Use these ASAP! You can't use them past T3.
  • hoard mage amulets from quentin, turn them in to the mage and use the tomes (you may want to save these for later as your pets are still small)
  • shinwa can give you boosters
  • complete oracle quests
  • get your pet a job and go to the job agency every day for a chance at a stat
  • some scratchcards have a chance of giving you a stat
  • the coin machine has a chance of giving you a stat
  • ... can't remember

Definitely don't spend anything on boosting at the moment! Your pets are still small which means that you will get the best bang for your buck out of training/autotraining. c: Train as often as possible! Don't train level until you have to.

Let me know if you want extra details on any of those or have other questions! C:

If you are just upping your stats for the Blue Building you can ignore this, but for battling your pets will need to be smarter, so read them some books and play Mystic Spindles in addition to all of the above.

As a follow up to what said, the reason you want intellect is because it allows you to equip scrolls. While which weapons you can use are determined by your tier, which and how many scrolls you can use is determined by the amount of Alchemy Points your pet has. You get 1 AP per 16 intellect.

But, as Solsticesprite pointed out, this only matters if you want to battle.
