Okay, this is a good place to discuss in general what we want to do, and *where everyone fits best.

We need to divide into three groups:

Civilian puzzle solvers Battlers Scientists/Sorcerers

Since some of those groups haven't been given jobs yet, I think we need to be very careful how we divide up... I think these groups will stick for the next chapter or part of a chapter...

The civilians are meant to spend the time in Madi's bedroom solving a puzzle.

The battlers haven't been given a job so far. Eventually, however, I'm guessing they'll have to complete some battles in the actual subeta battledomes. So these roles should be taken by people with real battle pets.

The last group is meant to put together a potion to help the Coppelias. This would be a good group for people who are creative problem solvers, and who have a good awareness of the various items in subeta. They should also be good at thinking logically, since they have to come up with the potential ingredients that are used to control vampiric, zombie, and werewolf tendencies..

SOOOOO, what team do you feel would be best for your character, and why? Once we're sure of the groups, we can head over to ">THE ROLEPLAY TOPIC to piece out the groupings IN CHARACTER.

Meanwhile, we can certainly start working on the puzzle. (Even if you're not actually in the civilian group, you can help work on the puzzle, since we'll still be submitting our answer as a group)

I personally do some battling, so I would be willing to go on that team (which will probably be the hardest for us to fill anyway). My pet isn't an amazing battler, though, so if a bunch of you have better battle pets, I could certainly go in another group, instead.

So, I'm kind of assuming that and , you guys would want to be our battlers? If either of you isn't actually interested (despite your pet, or because of time issues,) then I'd say Hannah66665 would be our runner up for battlers... Of course, I don't know for sure if this challenge will involve actual battledome stuff, or if it'll be just roleplaying, but yeah... So what do you guys think?

Of course, there is also the categories of our characters to consider... Don't know if that has an affect on which groups you guys would prefer to join.

So, there are 6 of us total, 4 who are "active" and 2 "reluctant"

Theoretically, we'd probably want three groups of two, then. But I think it's also okay if we have only one person in some of the groups... Don't know for sure. But just in case they get complicated tasks for roleplaying, we probably shouldn't have a reluctant or someone busy in real life alone in one of the three groups... Battlers: GuardianAngels? bamaace83?

I think the groups would probably be best grouped up by characters occupations since its more likely to be RP based. Our pets haven't been in the story yet, just our companions.
If that's the case, we have Magic User, Rangers, Warrior, Troubadour, and Vagabond.
Rangers and Warrior are ideal for the battle. Alchemist, Magic Users, Tinkerers for the Scientists/Sorcerers Anyone for Civilians

Being the Vagabond/Jack-of-all-Trade, I can go anywhere. But, I've done quiet a few battle based RP in the past, so I could easily handle that.

I get the feeling it would be more of an rp for the battling, but I guess there Is always the chance.. I think my character my work best in either the battlers or scientists/sorcerers. But since she's not a sorcerer I'm not entirely sure how to explain how she knows some things (heard in travels?). I'll go check out the puzzle too to be sure.

...Dang! Bamaace, GA and Hannah! I think I'm a little jealous. ;) Your pets look great whether or not we use them for this.

Hmm... well, in that case, I'm less sure what to do with Raine... She's a magic user, but more the kind that would be handy for battles and such than for potions... You know, wind, lightning, controlling water, that sort of thing...

I'd like to help with potion making. I know some items subeta has..also..my battle pet is sadly not as high up as I should make itxP I'll post later today on the potion thread to help^^

Sorry for the silence. Only just getting caught up. Wow, there's a lot this time! I'm a bit overwhelmed. As far as I know, our actual pets and real battling won't have anything to do with Wayward as it hasn't in the past... since wayward is being independently run and isn't an official subeta event.

I wouldn't mind helping out with potions, if that's alright? Unless I'm desperately needed elsewhere. Thankfully this isn't due till the 23rd unless I misread... if it's okay for me to be in the potions group I can write my mini RP. going to peek at the other two threads now.

haha, TY! I actually don't know a whole lot about subeta battling even after being here so long... I very, very rarely do battles and it mostly consists of me clicking at random and hoping I don't die. XD I used to train my pet regularly though but I've been slacking off lately.

The three categories seem to be more or less just for roleplaying? Anyway, GR swore that we'll still all be able to help out on all of the puzzles, so feel free to add your input to anything and everything.

But yeah, in the end, I think it won't matter too much exactly how our team divides up, since so many of the characters can fight AND/OR do puzzle related stuff...

So sorry that I haven't been here this week. We are moving offices at work and work in general has just been super crazy. I'm trying to read to catch up but I will admit I'm kinda lost on what I need to help with. I'll be on and off all day today. I'm not sure when the actual deadline is to turn things in.
