Trying to find a price for Rot Powder. Retired item. Unable to find in shops or trades. Help?

I actually bought these out of the shops recently. (There were only 2 or 3 left.) I paid about 1m each for them. It would probably sell for more now that there's none left in user shops or trades. But I personally wouldn't value it over 3m (I'd pay more if I were desperate) because it's a holiday item and those tend to return during holidays or in the crystal shop and stuff
