Desperately need someone patient to help fix comp

First of all - frickin' windows vista. I can't afford a new computer.

I have both avast and comodo. i use spybot, Malwarebytes, and ccleaner. I am on an administrator account that tells me it has no administrator privileges. comodo is giving me an alert about an avg file trying to modify... something - it says cloudscanner.fls.vender@1 - more info 'unavailable' - trying to modify protected file or directory (i copy as it pops up at me)
I click 'clean' - same warning pops back up almost immediately. Same when selecting 'block'
I thought i had removed all of the avg files on my computer months ago, when i installed avast. when i go to 'uninstall programs' it says i need permission to delete this file, try again.
I also have a file i've been trying to remove (for at least 2 yrs) that pops up with 'nsis error' (or something) - no info, no suggestions, nothing else.
I will try to answer questions the best i can, but please be patient with me. I'm totally lost, frustrated, and there is no one in my life who actually knows anything about computers that can help me out. I can't afford to pay anyone to help.
I know NOTHING about computers. I need help. Can anyone out there PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save my sanity? i freaking hate technology.
(Also, what the hell is a 'geekbuddy' and why does my computer want me to contact one?)

You can't have two anti viruses running at the same time.
Stop running avast AND comodo, just pick one. Also just drop malwarebytes.
Download the AVG removal tool and run that.
(Also, windows 10 was free to download until very recently)
If you can screen shot your errors and such, I can try to help more. And by me, I do mean my husband who is sitting right next to me and letting pretend to be smart on the internet.
