Hey huys, good evening.
So, I'm starting to battle. I've already read the guides about battling.
I've bought some weapons, but I really need advice to buy more. since I can use eight.
Prince doesn't matter.
I have these by far:

Hello! Always good to see more people getting involved with the battling world. My biggest advice for you is to keep training your pet every day and you will breeze through T2 in no time. Training times are a lot shorter for the lower tiers so I wouldn't invest heavily in T2 weapons. The phoenix quill you got is nice because it scales with your pet and will only get better as you go up in tiers. You may also want to consider picking up that also scales with your pet. This weapon will block some earth icons and have a small % heal. The percent heal, amount of earth block, and attack icons will increase as your pet increases in tier.
Other than that, I would not spend a lot of money on tier 2 weapons. Some other stuff you could buy for now to get your through battle quests:
You should also consider looking into tier 3 and maybe even tier 4 weapons for down the road.
some options for tier 3: - chance to freeze - takes up a healer spot - activates a blessing for defense and healing
some options for tier 4: - takes up a stealer spot, chance to freeze - boosts strength/def with each use **
**full blocker. Expensive and not critical, but can make some battles a lot easier
You can always use items at or below your pet's tier so when you get to tier 3, you can use tier 3 weapons as well as the weapons you already have that are tier 2. Remember to do battle quests every day for experience! Experience is essentially a free way to increase your pet's stats.
, yeah, I'm training Khaty every day! Yesterday I put her to autotrain level when it reached 50. That way I can autotrain the other stuff safely. About the weapons, I'll try not to spend so much money, like you said. It's just that I've never bought any good weapons to Khaty, and I've wanted to do this right, you know? I'll buy the tier 2 weapons that you said and save money to buy another for tier 3 and 4.
Oh, I've seen there's a "potion" slot when battling. I can't remember to read about this. What is it?
Thank you for replying! <3
And you absolutely want to buy the right weapons for your pet. Battling can get expensive really quickly between weapons, scrolls and boosters for training. The more expensive weapons are the more powerful weapons you will use at the higher tiers.
Here is a breakdown of pet tiers so you can see as you go up in tiers, the gap between reaching the next tier grows. You don't want to spend a lot of money at the lower tiers because your pet will quickly outgrow the weapons. You want to spend more on the weapons that you will use for a longer time.
Some weapons like , ,the minotaur knocker and shinwas temple shard I mentioned can be worth the investment because they scale with your pet and are useful at the higher tiers. Buying them depends on your personal battle style, the rest of your weapon set, scrolls and funds. The trident's blessing is very useful, but wind blocking is not always critical and the blessing/curse activates more frequently at the higher tiers. Having full blockers to block all icons (except for icons dealt through curses) for one turn is nice, but again not critical.
At the lower tiers, scrolls and having enough AP is more critical. Make sure you are reading Khaty books and increasing her intelligence so you can equip scrolls to use with your weapons. Scrolls can cover the defense your weapons lack. Scroll types in order of importance, IMO, is this:
infinite use scroll > blocking scroll > healing scroll > freezing scroll > bombs/other scrolls
Some scrolls also have dual purposes (ie: perilous whirlpool blocks fire and also has the chance to freeze). Having scrolls that have more than one purpose are also ideal. That being said, specific scrolls to look into are - if you don't have enough AP or funds to equip aftershocks or feather explosion
Keep in mind a lot of these are once per battle scrolls so you may have to equip more than one for longer battles. There are some really nice freezing scrolls and that once you have a ton of AP to use, you can equip multiple of them to attempt to chain freeze your opponent. Chain freezing will become more useful though when you start facing opponents with a lot of health that also have the potential to do a lot of damage.
Potions are another form of protection or added damage for your pet. Shards like can be equipped to your pet to block out all of one icon type. Depending on what shard you use, depends on the icon it blocks. Items like do added damage for that turn only. The damage they do depends on the potion you use. The life potion I mentioned also heals your pet for a small amount. Pylonics have various effects, depending on which one you use. Some pylonics will do more damage, others will heal your pet, while others have a chance to freeze or boost your pet's stats for the rest of the battle. is a full blocker that can be used instead of buying expensive ones like the rainbow vortex. You can equip as many potions as you like, they stack on your pet. You can only equip one of each type of pylonic and one of each type of shard to your pet at a time. There are also potions like throwing vials that act similar to pylonics.
