There was a chance machine like the Gift of Fashions Past vending machine except it sometimes hair coupons? Does that still exist?

all the Hair Coupons come from the CS item Fringe Magazine (year). the Fashions Past machine doesn't seem to do this one, only Vanity and Subeautique.

I don't think that was it. You wouldn't always get a hair coupon their was other hair items too. Thank you for answering and trying to help.

the only Hair Coupons I can think of that are not from Fringe are already in the Cash Shop under Wigs, sorry. Maybe they weren't coupons?

Maybe my brain is combining two vending machines/chance items into one. Thats probably what it is. Thanks for trying to help my sort it out. :)

I use Gift of Fashions Past a lot and I do pull hair coupons from it, otherwise I doubt I'd get any of them at all.
