has anyone seen her? I believe I saw she around on the explore map for 12 hours at a time? Is there a time around when she starts to appear? Thank you in advance!

It's supposed to be random, so I don't think there's really a pattern or way to predict when she will appear. You'l just have to keep checking the map, or you can check out this thread and join the ping group to see if someone pings when she appears next.
