I just had to quit a Cursed Quest because the item Mori wanted was:

[item2=Vibrant Green Spray Paint] Which is 40 MILLION sP. Mori doesn't even give 40 thousand in rewards.

Unfortunately, quests don't distinguish between newly released items (which are naturally going to be in shops for exorbitant prices for the first few days to weeks, depending on the rarity of the item.)

For an 8-year (or even a fraction, if you took some lengthy hiatuses) member, quitting only one quest is not bad! I think I've quit hundreds of quests throughout the time I've played Subeta.

The first and only quest I've ever quit (in my very short time here, compared) was a Maleria Quest when she asked for: There weren't even any in the shop at the time, not that I'd pay 100M for one anyway.

I just quit an Oracle quest for the first time because she asked for this:

You are on a quest, looking for a . Do you have the Ship Porthole for me yet?

Well Oracle the answer is no. Sorry.
