There is a glitch were when I try to ping a user with a hyphen in their name it tries to ping a different user with the first part of the username before the hyphen. How do I get around this so i can contact said users in the forums?

you can put brackets around the ping, so [ @ the-user's-name ] without the spaces, or you can go to their User Profile and find a post by them and choose the bullhorn in the upper right and Copy whatever ping Subeta creates for their name.

you are welcome. Some users are just un-ping-able, so you may end up having to Comment their Profile or sMail them.

Which users are un-ping-able? (That is, the square brackets wouldn't work for them)

one user I know you can't ping has an @ in her name.
