I was searching shops on SubetaLodge when i came across the food truck shops,my question is will they be back at some point or was that a one time thing?

they may or may not come back. The last time we saw them was a three years ago for the Peka Boo Festival, and they were around last month for the monthly theme, so there may be some other event or theme in the future where we see them again too.

They were meant as a summer filler, so I would not expect them back any sooner than next year.
