My items are disappearing. This is normal

Are you stocking a shop or wardrobe?

do you have more than 100 items in your inventory? If so, they are still there, but you can't see them.

I was seeing the items and when I updated the page they are gone. I had 75 items and eat now did not appease. Things to do

Honestly, I have no idea what your post means. But one thing to keep in mind if you want to respond to someone is to ping them. You can use the @ symbol and their username, or click on the little megaphone in the upper right hand of their post to do so.

I'm not sure what you mean, but things disappear from the inventory for the following common reasons:

• you put them in your shop or your vault
• you put them in a collection (beanbags, plushies, trading cards, minions...)
• you used them (fed/read them to your pet or or used the "play with pet" option)
• you put them in the currency vault (wizard tokens and other currencies)

Do you remember what the items were, or what some of them were? If so, you can file a ticket to have a staff member help you locate them.

To do that, select "Create a New Ticket" at the top of this page. It will ask you to select a category. Under the title "Missing" choose "Items". Then, fill out the form with as much as you can remember about your problem. For instance, the time of day it was, what you were in the middle of doing, and what items you remember having that disappeared. Staff can look at your logs and hopefully tell you what happened.
