I'm an old player that doesn't socialize much ;__; Ages ago, I recall that the user games forum didn't count for post count (dunno if that's changed at all) and that got me to thinking if there are any forums that don't have the ability to grant raffle tickets? I need tickets like a mofo so I'm trying to figure out the best place to post.

I don't think any forums are restricted any more. I'm not 100% sure about that but they did include some that used to be restricted
